摘　　要：酒店建筑是城市公共建筑中耗能较多的一类,酒店建筑能耗大是影响高星级酒店经营利润的主要因素,为解决酒店建筑整体能源消耗大、能源利用率低、运行能耗控制水平有待提高的难题,以2022年新近开展的苏州城市东部高星级酒店建筑能源审计数据为依据,结合国家行业标准、江苏及上海的同类建筑能耗基准线,对6家国有投资酒店建筑能源消费特征及其水平进行分析。通过挖掘节能潜力、探究节能策略、采取节能措施等方式,对有效指导国内相同区域或同类等级的高星级酒店企业进行节能减排,增加经营利润,都具有极高的经济价值和社会价值,也为探寻绿色酒店未来发展的必由之路指明方向。Hotel buildings are one of the most energy-consuming types of urban public buildings.The high energy consumption of hotel buildings is the main factor affecting the operating profits of high-star hotels.In order to solve the problems of large overall energy consumption,low energy utilization rate of hotel buildings,and the control level of energy consumption in operation need to be improved,the energy audit data of high-star hotel buildings in the eastern part of Suzhou City,recently carried out in 2022 is taken as the basis,combined with national industry standards and similar building energy consumption benchmarks in Jiangsu and Shanghai,The architectural energy consumption characteristics and levels of 6 state-owned investment hotels were analyzed.By tapping energy saving potential,exploring energy saving strategies,and adopting energy saving measures,it has extremely high economic and social value to effectively guide high-star hotel companies in the same region or similar levels in China to save energy and reduce emissions and increase operating profits.It also points out the direction for exploring the only way for the future development of green hotels.
