山东省数字经济发展水平测度及空间格局研究

摘　　要：数字经济已成为我国国民经济的重要支柱。围绕测度山东省数字经济发展水平这一主题,对比分析山东省与浙江省的差异,总结省内数字经济发展的空间布局特征并建立灰色预测模型。研究表明:第一,山东省数字经济发展水平较高,位于全国第二梯队首位,但数字基础设施较为薄弱,是制约山东省数字经济发展的主要短板;第二,数字经济空间发展不均衡现象突出,青岛、济南是山东省数字经济两大中心,其余地区发展较为薄弱;第三,模型预测山东省数字经济发展将保持快速上升趋势。因此,对外山东省应加强与其他省份的交流合作,学习借鉴数字经济发展优势省份的经验,补齐短板;对内充分利用山东省各地区数字经济优势促进数字经济发展,第一梯队联动发展数字经济,引导第二、三梯队融入省内数字经济发展。Digital economy has become an important pillar of China's national economy.Focusing on the theme of measuring the development level of digital economy in Shandong Province,this paper compares and analyzes the differences between Shandong Province and Zhejiang Province,summarizes the spatial layout characteristics of digital economy development in Shandong Province,and establishes a grey prediction model.The research shows that:firstly,the development level of digital economy in Shandong Province is relatively high,ranking first in the second echelon of the country,but the digital infrastructure is relatively weak,which is the main short board restricting the development of digital economy in Shandong Province;secondly,the imbalance in the spatial development of digital economy is prominent.Qingdao and Jinan are the two major centers of digital economy in Shandong Province,while the development of other cities is relatively weak;thirdly,the prediction shows the development of digital economy in Shandong Province will maintain a rapid upward trend.Therefore,Shandong Province should strengthen exchanges and cooperation with other provinces,learn from the experience of provinces with advantages in the development of digital economy,and make up for the shortcomings.At the same time,we should make full use of advantages of digital economy of cities in Shandong Province to promote its internal development.The first echelon is expected to jointly develop the digital economy and guide the second and third echelons to integrate into the development of digital economy in Shandong Province.
