摘  要:在部分路床填料资源缺乏、高液限土等特殊土质分布较为广泛的地区,可通过对高液限土质进行改良以满足路床填筑要求。以湛徐高速公路乌石支线TJ1合同段路基工程为实际案例,从液限、塑限、CBR值、弯沉值等指标以及经济性等多个方面对高液限土多种改良方案进行对比分析,最终确定体积比为3:7的碎石加高液限土的方案。该改良方案以路拌法施工工艺搅拌混合料,碾压后以两布一膜加石屑进行封顶,全断面封闭高液限土路基顶层。通过各项数据分析,验证高液限土路床改良的可操作性和经济性,为类似工程设计和施工提供借鉴和参考。In some areas where the roadbed filling resources are scarce and special soil such as high liquid limit soil is widely distributed,the high liquid limit soil is improved to meet the requirements of roadbed filling.Taking the contract TJ1 roadbed engineering of Wushi County Branch of Zhanjiang-Xuzhou Expressway as a practical example,this paper compares and analyzes several improvement projects of high liquid limit soil,considering economic efficiency and some indexes such as liquid limit,plastic limit,CBR value,and deflection value,and finalizes the project that the volume ratio between the breakstone and the high liquid limit soil is 3 to 7.Moreover,in this project,the mixture is mixed by means of the road-mixing method,ground and sealed the top by using two kinds of non-woven fabrics,one kind of plastic membrane and stone chips,causing full-section seal of roadbed top of high liquid limit soil.Through various data analysis,operability and economic efficiency of reforming roadbed of high liquid limit soil are verified,thus providing reference for similar engineering design and construction.
