摘　　要：乙炔氢氯化工艺常用的HgCl_(2)催化剂存在环境污染,开发无汞催化剂具有重要的意义。本研究使用浸渍法制备了添加了金属助剂的炭载铂基催化剂Pt-M/AC(M=Cu、K、Sn等),考察了金属助剂对铂基催化剂乙炔氢氯化性能的影响。采用N_(2)物理吸脱附、XRD和XPS等表征手段对制备的催化剂进行表征。结果表明,金属助剂的引入能够提高催化剂对乙炔氢氯化反应的性能,其中PtCu/AC表现最佳。结合表征结果分析,金属助剂的加入有助于抑制积碳及孔道塌缩,能够提高乙炔氢氯化催化剂的稳定性,延长催化剂的使用寿命。Cu助剂的加入有助于抑制活性金属Pt的团聚,分散活性组分,帮助Pt锚定于活性炭载体上;并且Cu的加入能够稳定活性物种价态,维持催化剂的活性,提高催化剂的稳定性。HgCl_(2) catalyst is usually used for acetylene hydrochlorination process,but Hg will cause serious environmental pollution.Therefore,the development of mercury-free catalysts is crucial.In this study,activated carbon-supported platinum-based catalysts Pt-M/AC(M=Cu,K,Sn,etc.)with different metal promoters were prepared by the impregnation method,and the effects of metal promoters on the catalytic performance of platinum-based catalysts were investigated in acetylene hydrochlorination.The prepared catalysts were characterized by using N_(2) physical adsorption-desorption,XRD and XPS.The results showed that the introduction of metal promoters could improve the performance of the catalysts and that Pt-Cu/AC exhibited the best performance.The addition of metal promoters helps to inhibit carbon deposition and pore collapse,improves the stability of the catalysts,and extends their service life.Metal promoter,Cu in particular,prevents the agglomeration of active metal Pt,disperses the active components,and anchors Pt on the surface of activated carbon.Additionally,the addition of Cu can stabilize the valence state of active species,maintain the activity of the catalyst,and improve its stability.
