摘 要:锂离子电池在工作时会产生大量的热量,研究电池的产热机制及其对电池内阻的影响具有重要意义。通过数值仿真及混合功率脉冲特性(HPPC)实验,分析环境温度、荷电状态(SOC)及正极材料对内阻的影响。建立基于集总电池模块的电热耦合模型,分析放电倍率、环境温度对电池表面温度的影响。随着SOC的变化,电阻呈两端高,中间平缓的趋势;随着工作温度的上升,电池内阻呈降低趋势,在SOC为0.1和0.9时,15℃和25℃的内阻分别约为35℃时的2.0倍和1.5倍;正极材料是导致电池内阻显著变化的重要因素;电池产热随着放电倍率的增大而增大,且在低温环境下升温更加明显。Li-ion battery generates a lot of heat during operation,so the study of the battery heat production mechanism and its influence on the internal resistance is significant.The effects of ambient temperature,state of charge(SOC) and cathode material on internal resistance are analyzed by hybrid pulse power characterization(HPPC) tests.An electrothermal coupling model based on lumped battery module is established,the effects of discharge rate and ambient temperature on the surface temperature of the battery are analyzed.With the change of SOC,the resistance shows a trend of high at both ends and flat in the middle.As the ambient temperature increases,the internal resistance of the battery shows a decreasing trend.At SOC of 0.1 and 0.9,the internal resistance at 15 ℃ and 25 ℃ is about 2.0 times and 1.5 times of that at 35 ℃,respectively.The cathode material is an important factor that causes the significant change of the internal resistance of the battery.The heat production of the battery increases with the increase of discharge rate,the temperature rise is more obvious at low temperature.
