摘 要:在存储、物流运输及使用过程中,锂离子电池可能发生热失控,引发严重的安全事故。对热失控进行早期监测并预警极其重要。系统概述锂离子电池热失控的诱因和产气机理,并在专利视域下剖析锂离子电池热失控监测的中国专利技术分类、特点及研究现状。相对于传统的温度、电压、内阻和电流等安全监测因素,监测电池内部释放的特征气体种类和含量更有利于实现热失控的早期预警。用气敏技术实时监测至少一种特征气体,如CO_(2)、CO或H_(2)等,成为热失控预警的研发热点。发展气敏技术对于扩大锂离子电池在新能源汽车及大规模储能领域的领先优势意义重大。Li-ion battery may cause serious security accidents due to thermal runaway during storage,logistics transportation and operation.Early monitoring and warning of thermal runaway are extremely crucial.A systematic overview of the causes and gas generation mechanisms of thermal runaway in Li-ion battery is provided.Moreover,the classification,technical characteristics and research status of Chinese patent technologies for monitoring thermal runaway in Li-ion battery are analyzed from the perspective of patents.Compared to traditional security monitoring factors such as temperature,voltage,internal resistance and current,monitoring the types and contents of characteristic gases released inside the battery is more conducive to achieve early warning of thermal runaway.Using gas-sensing technology to monitor at least one characteristic gas in real time,such as CO_2,CO,H_(2) and so on,has become a research and development hotspot for warning thermal runaway.The development of gas-sensing technology is of great significance to expand the leading advantages of Li-ion battery in the fields of new energy vehicles and large-scale energy storage.
