摘 要:内燃动车组每辆动车配置一套牵引系统,其牵引特性决定了车辆纵向动力学性能。以某出口型内燃动车组为研究对象,在线路上进行了2种工况(AW0、AW1)、4种速度等级(60 km/h、120 km/h、160 km/h、200 km/h)的牵引试验和运行阻力试验。将实测的数据带入《列车牵引计算规程》的方法中,仿真计算了AW0工况、AW1工况、正常工况与单车故障工况下动车组的牵引性能。研究结果表明:两种典型工况下的计算结果最大差异超过20%,建议在实际工程中采用实测运行阻力进行修正,以提高牵引特性仿真计算的准确性。Each motor car of DMU is equipped with a traction system and its traction characteristics decide the longitudinal dynamic performance of the car.An exported model of DMU is taken for object of study to perform the traction test and the running resistance test in two conditions(AW0/AW1)and four speed levels(60 km/h,120 km/h,160 km/h and 200 km/h)on the line.The measured data are used according to the method stipulated in Train Traction Calculation Procedure to make the simulating calculation of the traction performance of DMU in AW0/AW1 conditions,normal condition and single-car fault condition.The study result shows that the maximum difference of calculation results of the two typical conditions exceeds 20%.It’s suggested to make correction using the measured running resistance in real projects to improve the accuracy of the simulating calculation of the traction characteristics.
