摘 要:隔热性能是保温车热工性能的重要指标之一,传热系数是作为衡量隔热性能的主要参数。为准确测定保温车的隔热性能,文章介绍了热稳定法和非热稳定法2种测定传热系数K值的试验方法。对某新型铁路保温车采用热稳定法和非热稳定法进行了K值对比试验研究,采用热稳定法测定新型铁路保温车的K值为0.1934 W/(m^(2)·K),试验室内采用非热稳定法测定K值为0.1932 W/(m^(2)·K),与热稳定法测定的K值相比,相对误差为0.10%;厂房内采用非热稳定法测定K值为0.2041 W/(m^(2)·K),与热稳定法测定的K值相比,相对误差为5.53%。因此与热稳定法相比,采用非热稳定法在恒温试验室条件下也可得到相对准确的测试结果。通过不同的试验方法测定了新型保温车的K值,为我国新型铁路保温车今后的发展提供了参考。The insulation performance is one of the important indices of thermal performance of the insulated car and the heat transfer coefficient is a main parameter to measure the insulation performance.To accurately measure the insulation performance of the insulated car,the article introduces two methods to measure the heat transfer coefficient K value which are the thermal stability method and the non-thermal stability method.A certain new type of railway insulated car has been studied by K value contrast test with the thermal stability method and the non-thermal stability method:the K value of the new railway insulated car measured with the thermal stability method is 0.1934 W/(m^(2)·K),the K value measured in laboratory with the non-thermal stability method is 0.1932 W/(m^(2)·K),with a relative error of 0.10%compared with the K value with the thermal stability method;the K value measured in workshop with the non-thermal stability method is 0.2041 W/(m^(2)·K),with a relative error of 5.53%compared with the K value with the thermal stability method.Therefore,compared with the thermal stability method,a relatively accurate test result can be obtained in a laboratory with constant temperature with the mon-thermal stability method.The K value of the new type of insulated car has been measured with different test methods,providing a reference for the future development of the new types of railway insulated cars of China.
