摘　　要：习近平总书记在2024年全国民族团结进步表彰大会上的重要讲话,从“两个结合”高度深刻揭示了中国特色解决民族问题正确道路的形成和发展及其三大优势,把中华民族正确历史观的基础“四个共同”深化拓展为“五个共同”,丰富和发展了中华民族共同体理论体系,从魂脉和根脉的理论高度深刻揭示了中华民族共同体(意识)的形成和发展,明确提出了新时代新征程民族工作的总体要求。习近平总书记这一重要讲话,是新时代新征程推进中华民族共同体建设的纲领性文献,是习近平总书记关于加强和改进民族工作重要思想的创新性观点的展现,是新时代新征程民族工作的根本遵循。General Secretary Xi Jinping’s important speech at the National Conference Commending Model Units and Individuals for Contributing to Ethnic Unity and Progress in 2024 profoundly revealed the formation and development of the correct path to solve ethnic issues with Chinese characteristics and its three major advantages from the perspective of the concept of“Two Combinations”.It deepened and expanded the foundation of the correct historical view of the Chinese nation,namely“Four Commonalities”,to“Five Commonalities”,enriching and developing the theoretical system of the community for the Chinese nation.It profoundly revealed the formation and development of(sense of)community for the Chinese nation from the theoretical height of the soul and roots,and clearly put forward the general requirements for ethnic work in the new era and the new journey.These are the innovative viewpoints of the Xi Jinping Thought on ethnic issues in the new era,which are in line with the times and are the fundamental guidelines for ethnic work in the new era and the new journey.
