摘　　要：推进形成中国特色社会主义城乡关系是我国现代化建设的重要内容。通过回顾中国城乡关系形成演变的国情变化、历史脉络与阶段特征,梳理出中国特色社会主义城乡关系“城乡分离-城乡兼顾-城乡统筹-城乡融合”的演进历程。中国特色社会主义新型城乡关系,是以马克思恩格斯城乡关系理论为理论基础,以中国共产党对国情的理性认知为现实考量,以国外城乡关系演进实践为经验借鉴,以社会主义现代化建设为战略导向,以畅通城乡循环构建新发展格局为核心举措。需要从实现城乡空间布局优化、要素有序流动、公共服务普惠共享和产业协同发展四个方面探索中国特色社会主义新型城乡关系的推进路径。Building the socialist urban-rural relationship with Chinese characteristics is an important aspect of China’s modernization.This paper reviews the changes in national conditions,the historical context,and the stage characteristics in the formation and evolution of urban-rural relationships in China.It summarizes the evolutionary history of this relationship as“urban-rural separation-urban-rural consideration-urban-rural overall planning-urbanrural integration”.It clarifies the logical path of the new type of urban-rural relations in socialism with Chinese characteristics:taking Marx and Engels’theory of urban-rural relationships as the theoretical basis,considering the Party’s rational cognition of national conditions as the practical consideration,drawing upon the experiences from the evolution of urban-rural relationships abroad,adhering to socialist modernization as the strategic orientation,and focusing on unblocking urban-rural circulation to build a new development pattern as core measures.The paper proposes pathways for advancing the new type of socialist urban-rural relationship with Chinese characteristics from four aspects:optimizing urban-rural spatial layout,facilitating the orderly flow of factors,ensuring the inclusive sharing of public services,and promoting coordinated industrial development.
