摘 要:以预分散多壁碳纳米管(MWCNTs)为导电填料,研究预分散MWCNTs/三元乙丙橡胶(EPDM)复合材料的硫化特性、物理性能和导电性能。结果表明:与MWCNTs/EPDM复合材料相比,预分散MWCNTs/EPDM复合材料的t_(90)大幅缩短,门尼粘度减小,硫化效率和加工性能提高;预分散MWCNTs/EPDM复合材料的拉伸强度、拉断伸长率、撕裂强度和压缩永久变形增大,100%定伸应力和回弹值减小,预分散MWCNTs/EPDM复合材料有更明显的导电逾渗现象,导电性能提高。The vulcanization characteristics,physical properties and conductivity performance of the pre-dispersed multi-walled carbon nanotubes(MWCNTs)/ethylene-propylene-diene rubber(EPDM)composites were studied by using the pre-dispersed MWCNTs as conductive fillers.The results showed that compared with the MWCNTs/EPDM composite,the t_(90)of the pre-dispersed MWCNTs/EPDM composite was significantly shorted,the Mooney viscosity decreased,and the vulcanization efficiency and processing properties were improved.The tensile strength,elongation at break,tear strength and compression set of the pre-dispersed MWCNTs/EPDM composite increased,while the tensile stress at_(10)0%elongation and rebound value decreased.The pre-dispersed MWCNTs/EPDM composite had a more obvious conductive percolation phenomenon and improved conductivity performance.
