摘　　要：技术的变革推动着文化产业的生产力和生产关系不断动态演进,数字平台正在持续重塑文化的创作、生产、传播和消费等产业链环节。在加快发展新型文化业态,促进传统文化业态结构调整和优化升级的要求下,深入剖析数字时代文化产业高质量发展的演化趋势,厘清当前发展所面临的主要问题,对实现数字时代文化产业高质量发展的路径开展探索。数字技术推动文化产业供给侧结构性改革以满足文化消费的差异化需求,在构建交互式的新型文化生产关系的基础上,切实提高文化产业对地方经济的贡献力,在坚持以高质量的创意“人才链”支撑文化“产业链”发展的基础上,依托数字平台形成更大规模的产业集聚效应,推动业态变革,建设现代文化产业体系,提升国家文化软实力和国际传播力,实现数字时代文化产业高质量发展。Technological changes have promoted the continuous dynamic evolution of cultural industry productivity and production relations,and digital platforms are continuously reshaping the industrial chain links such as the creation,production,dissemination and consumption of culture.Under the requirements of accelerating the development of new cultural formats and promoting the structural adjustment and optimization and upgrading of traditional cultural formats,this paper deeply analyzes the evolution trend of high-quality development of cultural industries in the digital era,clarifies the main problems faced by the current development,and explores the path to achieve high-quality development of cultural industries in the digital era.Digital technology is driving the development of the cultural industry towards promoting supply side structural reform to meet the differentiated needs of cultural consumption.On the basis of building an interactive new cultural production relationship,we should effectively improve the contribution of the cultural industry to the local economy.On the basis of adhering to the high-quality creative‘talent chain’to support the development of the cultural‘industrial chain’,rely on the digital platform to form a larger-scale industrial agglomeration effect,promote the transformation of business forms,build a modern cultural industry system,enhance the national cultural soft power and international communication power,and realize the high-quality development of the cultural industry in the digital age.
