摘 要:采用单因素试验法,对比不同生根剂、扦插容器、扦插基质对大花序桉嫩枝扦插生根率的影响,为大花序桉扦插育苗技术提供参考。结果表明:通用型生根剂处理的大花序桉嫩枝扦插易形成根状愈伤组织且生根率较低;使用抗酚剂+IAA可以大幅减少插穗形成根状愈伤组织并促进皮部生根。扦插容器和扦插基质对大花序桉嫩枝扦插生根率有显著影响。抗酚剂+1000mg·L^(-1)IAA+黄心土+无纺布容器的组合扦插技术具有最佳生根效果,生根率高达72.1%。大花序桉8月份30 d的嫩枝扦插生根率达52.4%,占总生根率的78.0%,持续的阴雨天气会显著降低生根率。A single-factor experimental method was employed to investigate the effects of different rooting agents,cutting containers,and substrates on the rooting rate of softwood cuttings of Eucalyptus cloeziana,and to provide reference for cutting propagation technique of E.cloeziana.The results indicated that treatment with general-purpose rooting agents led to the formation of callus-like structures but resulted in a relatively low rooting rate.The use of anti-phenolic agents combined with indolebutyric acid(IAA)significantly reduced the formation of callus-like structures and promoted bark rooting.Cutting containers and substrates were found to have significant effects on the rooting rate of softwood cuttings.The combination of anti-phenolic agents,1000 mg·L^(-1) IAA,yellow clay loam,and non-woven fabric containers demonstrated the best rooting performance,which could achieve a high rooting rate of 72.1%.In August,the 30-day rooting rate of softwood cuttings reached 52.4%,accounting for 78.0%of the total rooting rate,However,prolonged rainy weather significantly reduced the rooting rate.
