摘　　要：习近平总书记提出的“三个务必”的新论断、新要求,其思想内涵承继了中国共产党人对毛泽东“两个务必”执政主题一以贯之的历史逻辑和重大理论创新。2024年在全党开展的党纪学习教育,正是党的自我革命的再一次深化、在深化中把握历史主动、推动全面从严治党向纵深发展,也是牢记党的初心使命、与人民血浓于水的必然要求,体现了新时代中国共产党人的政治坚守和使命初心。理解“两个务必”到“三个务必”的历史生成,需要分析其形势任务,厘清发展脉络,掌握内涵意蕴,明晰实践指向。Xi Jinping,general secretary of the Communist Party of China Central Committee,put forward the new judgement and new requirement of“Three Musts”,and its ideological connotation inherits consistent historical logic and major theoretical innovation of Mao Zedong’s“Two Musts”ruling theme.2024 the Party discipline learning and education carried out in the whole Party is the Party’s further deepening self-revolution,seizing the initiative in history,and promoting full and rigorous governance over the Party.It is also of vital importance to keep the CPC’s original aspiration and mission firmly in mind and closely connect with people,and reflects Chinese Communists’political steadfastness and the original aspiration and mission in the new era.To understand the historical generation from“Two Musts”to“Three Musts”,it is necessary to analyze the situation and the task,clarify its development,grasp its connotation,and understand its practical direction.
