摘 要:为提升高模量沥青混合料相关路用性能,通过使用玄武岩纤维进行材料配比和组合设计,开展高模量沥青混合料路用性能试验。结果表明:玄武岩纤维的掺入对提升HMM-13混合料低温抗裂性作用明显,但受空隙率变化影响,低掺量下抗裂性能反而降低;玄武岩纤维的掺入对HMM-13混合料空隙率影响较大,当掺量较高时,混合料将不满足空隙率设计要求;玄武岩纤维的掺入能够提升HMM-13混合料的高温稳定性,掺量与动稳定度呈显著正相关。综合各项性能影响,推荐玄武岩纤维用量为0.3%。In order to improve the relevant road performance of high modulus asphalt mixture,the road performance test of high modulus asphalt mixture is carried out by using basalt fiber for material ratio and combination design.The results show that:the mix of basalt fiber has a significant effect on the improvement of the low-temperature crack resistance of HMM-13 mixture,but the crack resistance is reduced under the low mixing content due to the change of voidage.The mix of basalt fiber has a great effect on the voidage of HMM-13 mixture,and when the mixing content is high,the mixture will not meet the design requirement of voidage.The mix of basalt fiber can improve the high-temperature stability of HMM-13 mixture,and the mixing content is significantly positively correlated with the dynamic stability.Based on the effect of various performance,the recommended amount of basalt fiber is 0.3%.
