摘  要:结合上海市某超大直径盾构隧道近距离侧穿保护建筑物的工程实例,对超大直径盾构隧道近距离侧穿保护建筑的沉降控制综合技术进行了总结分析。结果表明:在粘性土层中进行盾构法施工时,通过综合控制盾构掘进的技术要点,可减少盾体侧穿保护建筑物的地层损失。盾体侧穿保护建筑物时,通过穿越段划分、切口压力设定、推进速度控制、泥水指标控制、同步注浆控制、穿越后土体二次注浆加固等控制技术措施,可确保超大直径盾构安全、稳定地侧穿保护建筑物。In combination with the engineering example of a super-large diameter shield tunnel passing through the protective building at close range in Shanghai,the comprehensive technology for the settlement control of the super-large diameter shield tunnel passing through the protective building at close range is summarized and analyzed.The results show that:during the construction of shield method in the cohesive soil layer,the stratum loss of the shield passing through the protective building can be reduced by comprehensively controlling the technical points of shield tunneling.When the shield passing through the protective building,the control technical measures such as crossing section division,incision pressure setting,propulsion speed control,mud water index control,synchronous grouting control,and secondary grouting reinforcement of the soil after crossing can be ensured,so as to ensure the safety and stability of the super-large diameter shield to pass through the protective building.
