摘　　要：高速公路机电工程的成本会对高速公路建设发展产生一定影响。文章以实际工程案例为背景,根据成本控制理论构建项目成本管理体系,对机电工程项目成本管理进行研究。研究认为,机电工程项目的成本管理需要贯穿项目全过程,且需根据企业自身实际情况选择适宜的成本管理方法。The cost of mechanical and electrical engineering for expressways will have some impact on the development of expressway construction.Taking the actual engineering case as the background,the project cost management system is constructed according to the cost control theory,and the cost management of mechanical and electrical engineering projects is studied.The research shows that,the cost management of mechanical and electrical engineering projects needs to run through the whole process of the project,and it is necessary to choose the appropriate cost management method according to the actual situation of the enterprise itself.
