摘 要:以黄河流域72个地级及以上城市为研究样本,对其2013-2022年的资源环境承载力的时空演化特征、区域差异及障碍因素进行分析。结果表明:第一,10年间,黄河流域城市资源环境承载力波动上升,年均增幅为1.05%;多极化趋势减弱,形成“东高西低”的梯度分布格局;空间格局重心分布在中、下游地区界限附近,且呈现向西向北迁移的迹象。第二,黄河流域城市资源环境承载力的基尼系数波动下降,整体差异缩小;中游地区内部差异最显著,下游地区内部差异扩大;上-下游区域间差异最小,为0.058,中-上游区域间差异缩小幅度最大,为5.88%;超变密度的平均贡献率为39.27%,高于区域内差异贡献率(32.37%)和区域间差异贡献率(28.26%),是区域差异的核心来源。第三,黄河流域城市资源环境承载力提升的主要障碍是资源承载力和社会经济支撑力;具体障碍因素为建成区面积占比、人均水资源量、平均每千人拥有卫生机构床位数、人均地区生产总值、人均全社会固定资产投资额。建议从因地制宜施策、健全区域间开放合作机制和优化调整产业结构三个方面提升黄河流域城市资源环境承载力,缩小区域差异。This study uses 72 prefecture-level and above cities in the Yellow River Basin as research samples to comprehensively evaluate the resource and environmental carrying capacity from 2013 to 2022.It analyzes the spatiotemporal evolution characteristics,regional disparities,and identifies the obstructive factors.The results show that:First,over the past decade,the urban resource and environmental carrying capacity in the Yellow River Basin hasfluctuated but generally increased,with an average annual growth rate of 1.05%.The trend of multipolarization has weakened,forming a gradient distribution pattern of“higher in the east and lower in the west”with the center of gravity located near the boundary of the middle and lower reaches,showing signs of migration toward the northwest.Second,the Gini coefficient for resource and environmental carrying capacity within the cities of the Yellow River Basin hasfluctuated downward,leading to a reduction in overall disparities.The middle reaches exhibit the most significant intra-regional disparities,while intra-regional disparities in the lower reaches have expanded.Inter-regional disparities between the upper and lower reaches are minimal,at 0.058,with the middle reaches showing the greatest reduction in inter-regional disparities with the upper reaches,amounting to 5.88%.The average contribution rate of hypervariable density is 39.37%,much higher than the contribution from intra-regional disparities(32.37%)and inter-regional disparities(28.26%),making it the core source of regional disparities.Third,the main obstacles to improving the urban resource and environmental carrying capacity in the Yellow River Basin stem from resource carrying capacity and socio-economic support.The specific obstructive factors include the proportion of built-up areas,per capita water resources,average number of hospital beds per thousand people,per capita regional GDP,and per capita totalfixed asset investment in society.The study suggests improving the resource and environmental carrying capaci
