摘 要:双钙钛矿结构化合物因具有声子能量低、易于稀土离子掺杂、物理化学性质稳定等优势而受到广泛关注。为获得新型温敏上转换材料,通过高温固相法合成了一系列双钙钛矿结构上转换发光材料K_(3)InF_(6):Er^(3+),Yb^(3+)。此外,采用X射线粉末衍射仪(XRD)、场发射扫描电镜(FE-SEM)和荧光光谱仪(PL)分别对其成分、结构和发光性能进行了系统表征。结果表明制备的上转换发光材料均为双钙钛矿结构,在980 nm激光激发下,样品可发出明亮的绿光。当Er^(3+)和Yb^(3+)掺杂物质的量的比分别为0.05和0.25时,样品上转换发光强度最大。同时,通过测量变功率的上转换发光光谱,详细讨论了样品中所涉及的上转换发光机理。基于荧光强度比(FIR)技术还研究了样品在303~573 K范围内的温度传感性能,当温度为483 K时,取得的最大绝对灵敏度为9.5×10^(-3)K^(-1)。所有结果表明,K_(3)InF_(6):Er^(3+),Yb^(3+)上转换发光材料具有较高的灵敏度,在温度传感领域具有广阔的应用前景。Double perovskite compounds have attracted wide attention due to the advantages of low phonon energy,easy doping with rare earth ions,and stable physicochemical properties.To obtain novel temperature-sensitive up-conversion materials,a series of up-conversion luminescent materials K_(3)InF_(6):Er^(3+),Yb^(3+) with double perovskite structure were synthesized by high-temperature solid-phase method in this paper.In addition,the composition,structure and luminescence properties were systematically characterized by X-ray powder diffractometer(XRD),field emission scanning electron microscope(FESEM)and fluorescence spectrometer(PL),respectively.The results show that the prepared up-conversion luminescent materials are all double perovskite structure,and the samples emit bright green light under 980 nm laser excitation,and the upconversion luminescence intensity of the samples is maximized when the ratio of amounts of Er^(3+) and Yb^(3+) are 0.05 and 0.25,respectively.Meanwhile,the up-conversion luminescence mechanism involved in the samples is discussed in detail by measuring the up-conversion luminescence spectra of variable power.The temperature sensing performance of the samples in the range of 303 to 573 K was also investigated based on the fluorescence intensity ratio(FIR)technique,and a maximum absolute sensitivity of 9.5×10^(-3)K^(-1) was obtained when the temperature was 483 K.All the results indicate that K_(3)InF_(6):Er^(3+),Yb^(3+) up-conversion luminescent material has high sensitivity and has a promising application in the field of temperature sensing.
