摘 要:为分析自然通风对货舱内部散装谷物的影响,建立船舶散装谷物货舱通风模型,并根据谷物自身特性对模型进行改进。通过测温管对舱内温湿度进行观测,并将观测数据与计算流体动力学(computational fluid dynamics,CFD)软件模拟出的温湿度数据进行对比,结果表明模拟数据与实测数据吻合度较高。根据模拟和实船数据得出,货舱通风对表层谷物温度的控制有一定作用,但对深层谷物散热作用有限;通风会减少表层谷物发生高湿的现象,而对深层谷物的湿度降低作用不明显。研究结果对船载散装谷物的安全运输具有一定的借鉴意义。In order to analyze the effect of natural ventilation on bulk grain in the cargo hold,a ventilation model of a bulk grain cargo hold of a ship is established,and the model is improved according to the characteristics of the grain itself.The temperature and humidity in the cargo hold are measured by the temperature tube,and the measured data are compared with the data simulated by the computational fluid dynamics(CFD)software.The results show that the simulated data are in good agreement with the measured data.According to the obtained simulated and measured data,it is concluded that the cargo hold ventilation has a certain effect on the temperature control of surface grain,but the heat dissipation effect on deep-layer grain is limited.Ventilation can reduce the high humidity phenomenon of surface grain,while it has no obvious effect on the humidity reduction of deep-layer grain.The research results have certain reference significance for the safe transportation of ship-borne bulk grain.
