摘 要:根据本科层次职业教育复合型创新人才培养理念,结合环境行业实际技术问题和教师科研课题,设计了双羧基镉聚合物(DP-(Cd))降解亚甲基蓝探索型综合教学实验。实验内容包括:以CdCl_(2)·H_(2)O为金属源,通过与4,4′-二甲基-2,2′-联苯二甲酸配体、2,2′-联吡啶配体原位水热反应制得双羧基镉聚合物催化剂,并用XRD、FTIR、UV手段对催化剂结构进行表征;采用TGA、荧光光谱仪对催化剂的稳定性及发光性质进行分析;以亚甲基蓝废水为模拟处理对象,利用UV分析废水吸光度,进而评价该催化剂对亚甲基蓝的催化降解性能,考察不同催化时间对降解效果的影响,引导学生对亚甲基蓝降解机理的思考。该实验设计与检测专业内容相结合,促进基础化学、仪器分析、环境监测课程实操知识的衔接,培养学生利用专业知识解决实际问题的思维。According to the concept of cultivating composite innovative talents in undergraduate vocational educationl,the exploration comprehensive teaching experiment of the degradation of methylene blue by Dicarboxylic polymer(DP-(Cd))was designed combined with the actual technical problems of the environmental industry and teachers’scientific research projects.The experimental contents included:a)using CdCl_(2)·H_(2)O as the metal source,the DP-(Cd)catalyst was prepared by in situ hydrothermal reaction with 4,4'-dimethyl-2,2'-bibenzic acid and 2,2'-bipyridine ligand.The structure of DP-(Cd)was characterized by XRD,FTIR,UV.b)TGA and fluorescence spectrometer were used to analyze the stability and luminescence properties of the catalyst.c)Taking methylene blue wastewater as the simulated treatment object,UV analysis was used to analyze the absorbance of wastewater,and then evaluate the catalytic degradation performance of methylene blue by DP-(Cd),and investigate the influence of different catalytic time on the degradation effect,which guide students to think about the degradation mechanism of methylene blue.Combined with the professional content of detection,the experimental design promotes the connection of practical knowledge of basic chemistry,instrumental analysis and environmental monitoring,and cultivate students’thinking of solving practical problems with professional knowledge.
