摘 要:自发秩序视域下,“双带头人”教师党支部工作室以“适应性进化”为运行机理,重视传统与文化传承,非建构秩序人为设计,依赖自组织内生力量,有助于持续发展,避免理性膨胀,但治理稍显乏力,“搭便车”现象频发,跨越式发展受限。基于此,提出提升对策。一方面弱化“命令-服从”模式,避免强制性干预,加强内聚力。具体要求工作室遵循一般且抽象的行为规则,推动传统文化传承发展;“双带头人”切忌成为强制者,倡导长期性非冲突关系。另一方面推进创造性试错,营造风清气正氛围,抵制“搭便车”。具体要求行动落地阶段,鼓励试错,尊重公序良俗;氛围营造阶段,做好园丁,助力教师成长。由此双向发力,固本强基,释放高校基础党组织活力。From the perspective of spontaneous order,the“Double leaders”Teacher Party Branch Studio operates on the principle of“adaptive evolution”,attaches importance to the inheritance of tradition and culture,and relies on self-organizing endogenous forces to promote sustainable development.However,governance is somewhat weak,and the phenomenon of“free riding”is frequent,limiting leapfrog development.Based on this,improvement measures are proposed to weaken the“command obey”mode,avoid mandatory intervention,and strengthen cohesion.Specific requirements for studios to follow general and abstract behavioral rules and promote the inheritance and development of traditional culture;The“dual leaders”should avoid becoming enforcers and advocate for long-term non conflict relationships.On the other hand,we should promote creative trial and error,create a clean and positive atmosphere,and resist free riding.Specific requirements for the implementation stage of actions,encouraging trial and error,and respecting public order and good customs;In the stage of creating an atmosphere,be a good gardener and help teachers grow.From this,we will work in both directions,strengthen the foundation,and unleash the vitality of the basic party organizations in universities.
