摘  要:以甲基丙烯酸和环氧乙烷为原料,合成一种无味不饱和树脂,对其进行结构表征,并开展该不饱和树脂固化体系的研究。通过复配增韧剂、附着力添加剂、填料形成无味不饱和树脂修复材料,研究修复材料固化后的压缩强度、弯曲强度、粘接强度等力学性能和阻燃性能。结果表明:以异锌酸钴为促进剂、过氧化异丙苯为固化剂、不饱和树脂与增韧剂比例为3∶1、附着力添加剂质量分数为4%、氢氧化铝和滑石粉质量分数分别为30%和10%时,形成的无味不饱和树脂修复材料性能最佳,凝胶时间小于30 min,压缩强度和弯曲强度分别达到65 MPa和32 MPa,粘接强度和附着力分别达到5.9 MPa和3.8 MPa,氧指数达到32.5%,可满足高铁动车组内装可视配件伤损的快速修复。A kind of odorless unsaturated resin using methacrylic acid and ethylene oxide as raw materials was synthesized and structurally characterized.The research on the curing system of the unsaturated resin was carried out,and the odorless unsaturated resin repair material was formed by compounding toughening agents,adhesion additives,and fillers.The mechanical properties such as compressive strength,bending strength,and bonding strength,as well as flame retardant properties of the repair material after curing were studied.The results show that the odorless unsaturated resin repair material formed with cobalt iso-octoate as accelerator,cumene peroxide as curing agent,unsaturated resin and toughening agent in the ratio of 3∶1,addition of 4%of adhesive additive,30%of Al(OH)3 and 10%of talcum powder have the best performance.The gel time is less than 30 min,the compressive strength and bending strength reach 65 MPa and 32 MPa respectively,the adhesive strength and adhesive strength reach 5.9 MPa and 3.8 MPa respectively,and the oxygen index reach 32.5%,which meet the require of rapid repair material for visible accessories damage in high-speed railway EMU.
