摘 要:轴箱轴承是动车组走行部的核心关键部件,随着动车组运行速度的不断提高以及服役里程的不断延长,轴箱轴承可靠性和服役安全面临更大挑战,开展动车组轴箱轴承运用状态评估技术研究是高速动车组技术发展的需要。基于轴箱轴承台架试验和多元特征信号分析,开展了轴箱轴承台架运行状态评估研究,提出了一种结合动车组轴箱轴承多元特征信号分析的台架试验方法,该方法在特征信号较为敏感的区域布置温度、载荷、振动等传感器,采集轴承台架试验过程中的多元特征信号,通过对各特征信号分析来评估轴承试验过程中的运行状态。该试验方法可为轴承试验表现和服役性能综合评价提供工程参考。Axle-box bearing is the core component of EMU bogie.With the continuous increase in train speed and the prolongation of service life,the reliability and service safety of axle-box bearings are facing greater challenges.Therefore,it is necessary to conduct research on the application status evaluation technology of axle-box bearings for high-speed trains.This paper conducted research on the running status evaluation of axle-box bearing test rig based on the axle-box bearing rig testing and multivariate characteristics signal analysis.It proposed a rig testing method that combined the analysis of multivariate characteristics signal of axle-box bearings,which arranged temperature,load,and vibration sensors in the sensitive area of the feature signal and collected these signals during the rig testing.Through the analysis of each feature signal,the bearing running state can be evaluated during the testing process.This method can provide engineering reference for the comprehensive evaluation of the bearing testing and service performance.
