摘 要:从轮对压装原理及工艺流程入手,结合现场实际作业经验,对轮对压装曲线陡升问题进行深入分析,研究发现:压装过程中摩擦系数发生突变造成压装力突变,从而使得压装曲线陡升。针对造成摩擦系数突变的因素制定了对应的改进管控措施,有效提升了轮对压装合格率,保证了轮对检修质量。Starting from the principle and process of wheelsets press-fit,combined with practical on-site operation experience,a deep analysis was conducted on the problem of steep rise in the wheelsets press-fit curve.During the press-fit process,a sudden change in the friction coefficient caused a sudden change in the press-fit force,resulting in a steep rise in the press-fit curve.Corresponding improvement and control measures have been formulated to address the factors causing sudden changes in friction coefficient,effectively improving the qualification rate of wheelsets press-fit and ensuring the quality of wheelsets maintenance.
