摘  要:为了分析弹性阻尼新材料——金属橡胶在桥梁支座中应用的可行性,设计了压缩试验、蠕变试验、盐雾试验,并对金属橡胶开展了力学、耐久性的试验研究和理论分析,同时考察了质量对金属橡胶性能的影响。研究结果表明:金属橡胶具有良好的承载能力、耐腐蚀性能、蠕变性能等;同一外观尺寸下,质量越高,金属橡胶变形量越小;金属橡胶可满足桥梁支座高承载力、变形量小的应用特点。研究成果为金属橡胶构件在桥梁支座上设计应用提供理论依据。In order to analyze the feasibility of the application of metal rubber,a new elastic damping material,in bridge bearings,compression test,creep test and salt spray test scheme were designed,and the experimental research and theoretical analysis of the mechanics and durability of metal rubber were carried out,and the influence of quality on the properties of metal rubber was investigated.The results show that metal rubber has good bearing capacity,corrosion resistance and creep performance.Under the same appearance size,the higher the mass,the smaller the deformation of metal rubber.It can meet the characteristics of high bearing capacity and small deformation of the bearing.The research results of this paper provide a theoretical basis for the further design and application of metal rubber components on bridge bearings.
