摘 要:目前,我国动车组列车配套牵引变压器均采用油浸式结构,用到的绝缘油包括了矿物油、合成酯油和硅油3种类型。绝缘油的主要功能是绝缘和散热,对牵引变压器的安全可靠运行至关重要。为了指导牵引变压器在设计时对绝缘油的选型,对绝缘油的执行标准、性能参数、油中溶解气体及相容性要求等进行了对比分析,最终给出了关于更换绝缘油类型、天然酯油的使用、利用油中溶解气体进行故障诊断以及相容性的一些建议和措施。At present,the traction transformers supporting EMU trains in China all adopt oil-immersed structure,and the insulating oil used includes three types:mineral oil,synthetic ester oil and silicone oil.The main function of insulating oil is insulation and heat dissipation,which is essential for the safe and reliable operation of traction transformers.In order to guide the selection of insulating oil in the design of traction transformer,the implementation standards,performance parameters,dissolved gas analysis in oil and compatibility requirements of the three types of insulating oil were compared and analyzed.Finally,some recommendations were given for changing the type of insulating oil,the use of natural ester oil,the use of dissolved gases in the oil for fault diagnosis and compatibility.
