摘 要:针对红庆梁煤矿12308回采工作面大巷保护煤柱宽度留设过大导致煤炭资源浪费的问题,通过数值仿真分析工作面前方区段煤柱的应力分布规律,得到大巷保护煤柱合理宽度为100~150 m,通过12308回风顺槽顶板锚索支护压力监测,得到大巷保护煤柱宽度不得小于121 m,通过极限强度理论分析煤柱的稳定性,最终将12308回采工作面大巷保护煤柱的宽度从200 m减小到125 m。通过对停采后北翼回风大巷钻孔应力进行监测,进一步验证了125 m宽大巷保护煤柱留设的安全性与合理性,大大减少了煤炭资源的浪费。In response to the problem of excessive width of the protective coal pillar in the main roadway of the 12308 mining face of Hongqingliang coal mine,which leads to the waste of coal resources,the stress distribution law of the coal pillar in the front section of the working face was analyzed through numerical simulation.The reasonable width of the protective coal pillar in the main roadway was obtained to be between 100 and 150 m.Through pressure monitoring of the anchor support on the roof of the 12308 return air passage,it was found that the width of the protective coal pillar in the main roadway should not be less than 121 m,by analyzing the stability of coal pillars through ultimate strength theory,the width of the protective coal pillars in the main roadway of the 12308 mining face was ultimately reduced from 200 m to 125 m.By monitoring the stress in the boreholes of the north wing return air roadway after mining was stopped,the safety and rationality of the 125 m wide roadway protective coal pillar were further verified,greatly reducing the waste of coal resources.
