摘 要:盐边县温泉井田的地质勘查程度已经不能满足中型矿井开采的可行性研究,因此,需要对该地区的煤质特征及工艺性能进行进一步研究。温泉井田主要含煤地层为上三叠统大荞地组,煤层结构简单,共含可采煤层7层(全区可采3层,局部可采4层),各煤层平均厚度0.41~0.83 m。宏观煤岩组分以半暗煤为主,次为半亮煤;多呈不规则的细-中条带状、线理状产出。显微组分以镜质组为主,有机显微组分含量较高,灰分变化大,硫分、水分低、浮煤挥发分含量高,发热量大;流动温度、软化温度均以中等程度为主,煤灰成分主要为SiO_(2)、Al_(2)O_(3)和Fe_(2)O_(3),煤对二氧化碳的反应性与温度呈正相关,而煤灰黏度与温度呈负相关。因此,综合认为温泉井田主要可采煤层属低-中灰、特低硫-低硫、中高-高发热量的煤,主要利用方向可作为优质炼焦配煤,用于生产冶金焦炭。The degree of geological investigation of the Wenquan minefield in Yanbian county can no longer satisfy the feasibility study of medium-sized mines.Therefore,it is necessary to carry out further research on the quality characteristics and process performance of the coal.The main coal-bearing stratum of Wenquan minefield is the Upper Triassic Daqiaodi formation,with a simple coal seam structure,containing a total of 7 layers of recoverable coal seams(3 layers in the whole area,4 layers locally),and the average thickness ranges 0.41 m to 0.83 m.The macroscopic components of coalstone are mainly semi-dark coal,followed by semi-light coal.Most of these coalstone occur irregularly in the form of fine to medium strips and lineaments.The microscopic components are mainly mirror group,with high content of organic materials,large variation of ash,low sulfur,low moisture,high content of volatile fraction of floating coal,and large calorific value.The flow temperature and softening temperature are mainly medium,and the compositions of the coal ash are mainly composed of SiO_(2),Al_(2)O_(3) and Fe_(2)O_(3).The reactivity of the coal to carbon dioxide has positive correlation with temperature,while the viscosity of the coal ash exhibit negative correlation with temperature.Therefore,it is concluded that the main recoverable coal seams in minefield are low to medium ash,extra low sulfur to low sulfur,medium to high to high calorific value coal.The main utilization direction could be used as high-quality coking coal blending for the production of metallurgical coke.
