摘 要:为进一步降低回采工作面粉尘浓度和瓦斯涌出量,决定开展煤层注水防尘、防瓦斯试验,以确保回采工作面环境更加符合安全文明生产的要求。通过分析煤层注水的作用机理,开展注水有效压力p、注水时间T、有效半径R等考察研究,以煤层注水前后粉尘浓度变化量、瓦斯涌出量等指标作为评判指标开展试验。试验结果表明,本次注水试验使得工作面回采期间呼吸性粉尘和总粉尘浓度降幅分别达到93%和94%,S_(max)和Δh_(2)值由原来的4 kg/m和130 Pa分别降低到2.5 kg/m和100 Pa,有效解决了试验回采工作面工作环境的粉尘和瓦斯涌出量偏大的问题。In order to further reduce the dust concentration and gas emission of the mining face,it is decided to carry out coal seam water injection dust and gas prevention tests to ensure that the mining face environment is more in line with the requirements of safe and civilized production.By analyzing the mechanism of coal seam water injection and conducting research on reasonable water injection pressure p,water injection time T,effective radius R,etc.,experiments were conducted using indicators such as changes in dust concentration and gas emission before and after coal seam water injection as evaluation indicators.The experimental results show that this water injection test resulted in a decrease of 93% and 94% in respirable dust and total dust concentrations during the mining process of the working face,respectively.S_(max) and Δh_(2) value has been reduced from the original 4 kg/m and 130 Pa to 2.5 kg/m and 100 Pa,respectively,effectively solving the problem of excessive dust and gas emissions in the working environment of the experimental mining face.
