摘 要:为进一步加强变频技术在煤矿提升系统中的推广和普及,首先分析了现有变频技术特点,其次从能耗优化、系统稳定性、故障检测及保护、维护成本、系统灵活性等方面重点分析了变频技术应用于煤矿提升系统的优势,并提出了进一步优化和发展的建议。结果表明变频技术在煤矿提升系统中具有广阔的应用前景,不仅能够实现系统的稳定性和可靠性,而且能够实现节能降本,具有显著的社会效益和经济效益,对于煤矿行业在提升系统方面的改进和升级具有重要的指导意义。In order to strengthen the promotion and popularization of frequency conversion technology in coal mine lifting system,first analyzes the characteristics of existing frequency conversion technology,and then focuses on the advantages of frequency conversion technology applied to coal mine lifting system from the aspects of energy consumption optimization,system stability,fault detection and protection,maintenance cost,system flexibility,and puts forward suggestions for further optimization and development.The results show that the frequency conversion technology has a broad application prospect in the coal mine lifting system,which can not only achieve the stability and reliability of the system,but also achieve energy saving and cost reduction,with significant social and economic benefits,and has important guiding significance for the coal mine industry in the improvement and upgrading of the lifting system.
