摘  要:混合励磁电机有两套绕组,结构复杂且热源集中,其冷却系统的合理设计对混合励磁电机具有非常重要的意义。根据300 kW高速混合励磁同步发电机的电磁设计参数,建立了机壳水冷的三维热仿真模型,分析了不同工况下电机温升情况。针对仅水冷电机温升过高,设计了加入轴向通风的混合冷却系统和机壳开孔径向通风混合冷却系统,对比和分析了不同空气流量下采用两种混合冷却系统时电机的温升和入风口压强。结果表明,机壳开口径向通风冷却结构能有效降低混合励磁电机温升和入风口压强,对此类结构的高速混合励磁电机冷却系统设计提供借鉴意义。The hybrid excitation motor has two sets of windings,a complex structure,and a concentrated heat source.The reasonable design of its cooling system is of great significance for the hybrid excitation motor.A three-dimensional thermal simulation model of the water-cooled casing was established based on the electromagnetic design parameters of a 300 kW high-speed hybrid excitation synchronous generator,and the temperature rise of the motor under different operating conditions was analyzed.A hybrid cooling system with axial ventilation and a hybrid cooling system with open aperture ventilation in the casing were designed to address the high temperature rise of only water-cooling method.The temperature rise and inlet pressure of the motor were compared and analyzed when two hybrid cooling systems were used under different air flow rates.The results showed that the cooling structure with open aperture ventilation in the casing can effectively reduce the temperature rise and inlet pressure of hybrid excitation motors,providing reference significance for the design of high-speed hybrid excitation motor cooling systems with such structures.
