摘 要:针对辽宁某低品位金矿合理开发利用,先后对其进行浮选和浸出试验研究,基于本次试验的矿石得到对其进行浸出试验能够获得更好的试验结果。在矿浆浓度33%、磨矿细度-0.074 mm占95.05%、CaO用量1.5 kg/t、无毒浸出剂用量4.0 kg/t、浸出时间26 h的浸出试验条件下,能获得金、银的浸出率分别为92.60%和79.43%较好的选矿指标,为该矿石的合理开发利用提供了理论依据。In order to rationally develop and utilize a low grade gold mine in Liaoning,the flotation and leaching tests were carried out,and the test results obtained from the leaching test of the ore were better.Under the leaching test conditions of grinding fineness of-0.074 mm accounting for 95.05%,calcium oxide dosage of 1.5 kg/t,pulp concentration of 33%,non-toxic leaching agent dosage of 4.0 kg/t,and leaching time of 26 h,the leaching rates of gold and silver were 92.60%and 79.43%respectively,which provided a theoretical basis for the rational development and utilization of the ore.
