剖析城市河涌及城中村污水治理的意义

摘　　要：自改革开放以来,我国城市化进程取得了举世瞩目的成果。在城市发展的过程中,由于超大城市人口密集,城中村的出现为人们提供了安居的场所,在城中村形成的过程中,居民生活污水绝大部分未经任何处理直接排入河涌或排至室外空地后渗入地下,部分厕所污水经化粪池简单处理后直接排入河涌,严重污染了当地的土壤和水质,大部分的河涌、风水塘成了天然的污水聚集地,形成黑臭水体,对城市生态环境造成严重污染。保护绿水青山就是保护金山银山,一批批当代年轻人踊跃投入到生态治理的工作中。Since the reform and opening up,China's urbanization process has achieved remarkable results that have attracted worldwide attention.In the process of urban development,due to the dense population of mega cities,the emergence of urban villages provides people with a place to settle down.In the process of forming urban villages,the vast majority of residents'domestic sewage is directly discharged into rivers or outdoor open spaces without any treatment and infiltrates underground.Some toilet sewage is simply treated in septic tanks and directly discharged into rivers,seriously polluting the local soil and water quality.Most rivers and feng shui ponds have become natural gathering places for sewage,forming black and odorous water bodies,causing serious pollution to the urban ecological environment.Protecting green mountains and clear waters is equivalent to protecting mountains of gold and silver.A group of contemporary young people are actively involved in ecological governance work.
