摘 要:220 kV变电站继电保护系统定值的手动校核过程复杂繁琐且容易出错,不仅极大地制约了运维效率,还可能对电力系统的稳定性和可靠性造成不良影响。为此,提出220 kV变电站继电保护系统定值自动校核的研究。利用定值校核系统,高效捕获并整合继电保护系统的运行定值数据,构建220 kV变电站拓扑结构模型,结合历史数据分析,对继电保护装置进行重要程度评分,并据此优化校核顺序,采用Ward等值方法和高斯消元法简化220 kV变电站计算,设计Ⅰ段和Ⅱ段校核策略,实现继电保护系统定值的自动校核。实验结果表明,设计方法能够显著提升校核通过率,降低了人为因素导致的误操作风险,具有一定实际意义。The manual verification process of the setting value of the relay protection system in a 220 kV substation is complex,cumbersome,and prone to errors,which not only greatly restricts the efficiency of operation and maintenance,but may also have adverse effects on the stability and reliability of the power system.Therefore,a study is proposed on the automatic calibration of relay protection system settings in 220 kV substations.Using a fixed value verification system,efficiently capture and integrate the operating fixed value data of the relay protection system,construct a topology model of the 220 kV substation,combine historical data analysis,evaluate the importance of the relay protection device,and optimize the verification sequence based on this.Using Ward equivalent square method and Gaussian elimination method to simplify the calculation of the 220 kV substation,design the I and II section verification strategies,and achieve automatic verification of the relay protection system's fixed value.The experimental results show that the design method can significantly improve the verification pass rate and reduce the risk of misoperation caused by human factors,which has certain practical significance.
