摘 要:该试验旨在研究姜黄素对蛋鸭脂质代谢的改善效果,探索适宜的添加剂量。选用210日龄的金陵白鸭随机分为4组,每组3个重复,每个重复60只。每组分别添加0、100、200、300 mg/kg姜黄素,预饲14 d,试验60 d。结果显示,试验周期为30 d时,试验3组甘油三酯(TG)、血浆总胆固醇(TC)、谷丙转氨酶(ALT)比对照组显著降低(P<0.05),试验周期为60 d时,试验2组和3组的a-淀粉酶活性、脂肪酶活性、总蛋白水解酶活性显著高于对照组(P<0.05)。研究表明,饲料中添加中草药添加剂(姜黄素)可以对机体的酯类代谢、血浆生化代谢、消化酶活性起到良好的作用,可以降低肝脏发生病变及减少肝细胞脂肪含量,利于机体肝脏健康。The purpose of this experiment was to study the effect of curcumin on lipid metabolism of laying ducks and to explore the appropriate dosage.A total of 210-day-old Jinling white ducks were randomly divided into 4 groups with 3 replicates per group and 60 ducks per replicate.Each group was supplemented with 0,100,200 mg/kg and 300 mg/kg curcumin,respectively,and pre-fed for 14 days and tested for 60 days.The results showed as follows:when the test period was 30 days,the triglyceride(TG),plasma total cholesterol(TC)and alanine aminotransferase(ALT)of test group 3 were significantly decreased compared with that of control group(P<0.05);when the test period was 60 days,the A-amylase activities,lipase activities and total proteolytic enzyme activities of test 2 and 3 groups were significantly higher than those of control group(P<0.05).Studies have shown that the addition of Chinese herbal additives(curcumin)to feed can play a good role in the body's ester metabolism,plasma biochemical metabolism,digestive enzyme activity,can reduce liver lesions and reduce liver cell fat content,which is conducive to liver health.
