摘　　要：安全阀是锅炉、压力容器等特种设备的安全附件,如果发生故障,将会影响特种设备的安全使用。某天然气净化厂的蒸汽过热器安全阀在使用过程中经常发生密封面泄漏故障,原因在于安全阀的密封面型式、阀盖结构及设计制造标准不满足使用要求。通过将安全阀的密封面型式由平面密封改为弹性密封、将封闭式阀盖改为敞开式阀盖、按照ASME BPVC.I-2021的要求进行设计制造,解决了该安全阀的密封面泄漏故障。Safety valves are the safety accessory of boilers,pressure vessels and other special equipment.If fault occurs,it will affect the safe use of the special equipment.Sealing surface leakage of steam superheater safety valves in a natural gas purification plant often occurs in use,because the sealing surface type,valve cover structure and design and manufacturing standards of the safety valve do not meet the requirements.By changing the sealing surface type of the safety valve from plane seal to elastic seal,changing the closed valve cover to open valve cover,and designing and manufacturing according to the requirements of ASME BPVC.I-2021,the leakage issue of the sealing surface of safety valves is solved.
