摘 要:任家庄煤矿210502工作面回风巷上覆为已回采完毕的210302工作面和210304工作面,受上覆遗留煤柱影响,巷道出现非对称大变形问题。结合工程地质条件,将上覆煤柱和两侧采空区简化为线性荷载,应用半平面体理论,计算出下层煤顶板三向应力,并采用应力差值得出巷道变形机理:上覆遗留煤柱改变了下层煤水平、垂直和剪切应力的大小和方向,巷道上、下帮应力的差异性和顶板非均匀荷载导致巷道非对称变形;支护设计与巷道围岩应力不匹配。基于自稳隐形拱理论,建立了顶板荷载不均的自稳隐形拱模型。根据自稳隐形拱包络线,重新设计了210502工作面回风巷非对称支护方案,对关键部位进行补强支护,并进行了工业性试验,监测结果表明该支护方案合理有效。Due to the influence of the overlying coal pillar,the back air roadway of the 210502 working face in Renjiazhuang coal mine is covered by the 210302 working face and the 210304 working face which have already been mined.Based on the engineering geological conditions,the overlying coal pillar and the goaf on both sides are simplified as linear loads,according to the stress difference,the deformation mechanism of the roadway is that the overlying coal pillar changes the magnitude and direction of the horizontal,vertical and shear stresses of the lower coal seam,the stress difference between upper and lower sides of roadway and the non-uniform load of roof lead to the asymmetric deformation of roadway,and the support design does not match the stress of surrounding rock.Based on the self-stabilizing invisible arch theory,a self-stabilizing invisible arch model with uneven load on the roof is established.Based on the self-stabilizing invisible arch envelope,the asymmetric support scheme of the return air lane in 210502 working face was redesigned,and the key parts were reinforced and supported,the monitoring results show that the scheme is reasonable and effective.
