摘  要:摩擦电选在煤粉净化、粉煤灰脱炭等方面具有较强的技术优势和良好的应用前景。煤和矿物颗粒在摩擦器中充分摩擦异性荷电是实现高效摩擦电选的关键。利用计算流体力学对摩擦器内部流场进行数值模拟,以湍流动能为指标分析颗粒摩擦荷电效果,湍流脉动强度越大,颗粒摩擦荷电效果越好,分析了阻尼块间距、阻尼块角度和阻尼块高度对摩擦器内部体积平均湍流动能的影响规律。研究表明,摩擦器内湍流动能与阻尼块间距呈负相关,满足幂函数关系k=95.08l^(-0.56)。摩擦器内湍流动能随着阻尼块尺寸的增加呈先增加后稳定的趋势,而阻尼块角度对湍流动能的影响呈二次曲线关系。因此,摩擦器的结构设计时应适当减小阻尼块间距,增大阻尼块角度,适当增加阻尼块高度。Triboelectric separation has strong technical advantages and good application prospects in the fields of pulverized coal purification and coal ash decarbonization.The full tribological charge of coal and mineral particles in the tribocharger is the key to achieve high efficiency triboelectric separation.Computational fluid dynamics is used to numerically simulate the flow field inside the tribocharger,and turbulence pulsation intensity is used as the index to analyze the frictional charging effect of particles.The greater the turbulence pulsation intensity,the better the frictional charging effect of particles.The law of the influence of damping block spacing,damping block angle and damping block height on the mean turbulent kinetic energy of the internal volume of the tribocharger is analyzed.The study found that the turbulent kinetic energy in the friction device is negatively correlated with the distance between the damping blocks,which satisfies the power function relationship k=95.08l^(-0.56).The turbulent kinetic energy in the friction device first increased and then stabilized with an increase in the size of the damping block,and the influence of the angle of the damping block on the turbulent kinetic energy was a quadratic curve.In summary,the structural design of a tribocharging device should appropriately reduce the distance between the damping blocks,increase the angle of the damping blocks,properly increase the height of the damping blocks.
