摘  要:目前,煤矿井下工况越来越复杂,对综采设备的性能提出了更高的要求。部分煤矿顺槽地面未硬化且泥水较多,传统结构的带式输送机自移机尾无法适应此工况。新型带式输送机自移机尾优化了原有结构,通过增加立缸的行程和推力、改变立缸安装方式、在前后基架上增设辅助推移缸等方式,提高该装置的使用性能,使该装置能在顺槽未硬化且泥水较多的工况依靠自身动力从泥水中脱出并完成机身整体前移的作业。At present,the underground working conditions of coal mine are becoming more and more complex,which puts forward higher requirements for the performance of coal mine machinery.The surface of some coal mine gateways is not hardened and there is a lot of muddy water,the traditional structure of the belt conveyor self-moving tail can not adapt to this condition,the new type of belt conveyor self-moving tail described optimizes the original structure,by increasing the stroke and thrust of the vertical cylinder,the installation mode of the vertical cylinder is changed,and the auxiliary pushing cylinder is added on the front and rear base frames to improve the service performance of the device,so that the device can emerge from the muddy water and complete the operation of the whole body moving forward by its own power under the working condition of the unhardened gate and more muddy water.
