摘　　要：为减少煤矿企业在煤炭开采作业工作面支护设备的投入,进一步推动煤炭开采机械化的发展与运用,设计并制作了ZFL系列轻型放顶煤液压支架。该系列液压支架主要由顶梁、伸缩梁、稳定机构、立柱、尾梁、推移系统、拉移系统及液压控制系统等组成。结合ZFL系列支架的受力情况,对该支架的结构进行了优化设计,并根据陕煤集团韩城矿煤层条件设计制作ZFL4800/16/24型轻型放顶煤支架样机。该样机外形尺寸为3870 mm×1450 mm×1600 mm,总质量7.9 t,较传统同型号液压支架重量减少了近5 t。经压架加载试验测试符合国家相关标准,动作无卡阻,液压系统无泄漏。ZLF系列轻型放顶煤液压支架的成功研制,为放顶煤支护设备轻量化绿色发展提供了一种新的思路。In order to reduce the investment of supporting equipment in coal mining working face and further promote the development and application of coal mining mechanization,ZFL series light weight caving hydraulic support is designed and made.This series of hydraulic support is mainly composed of top beam,telescopic beam,stabilizing mechanism,pillar,tail beam,pushing system,pulling system and hydraulic control system.According to the stress condition of ZFL series support,the structure of the support is optimized,and the model ZFL4800/16/24 lightweight caving support is designed and made according to the coal seam condition of Hancheng mine of SHCCIG.The size of the prototype is 3870 mm×1450 mm×1600 mm with a total mass of 7.9 t,which is 5 t less than the weight of the traditional hydraulic support of the same type.Through the pressure frame loading test in line with the relevant national standards,the action of non-card,hydraulic system without leakage.The successful development of ZLF series lightweight roof-caving hydraulic supports provides a new idea for the light-weight and green development of roof-caving supporting equipment.
