摘  要:液压支架电液控制系统是现代综采工作面的必备配置,随着煤矿智能化的发展,综采工作面配备大量传感器和摄像头,会产生大量多种数据,必须依靠5G技术才能保障远程控制的实时性。在引入矿用5G专网系统的基础上,进行基于5G通信的液压支架电液控制系统的研究,通过5G液压支架控制器、矿用5G基站、矿用5G核心网搭建综采工作面5G通信平台,实现液压支架的实时控制,大幅度提高井下综采工作面的智能化。The hydraulic support electrohydraulic control system is an essential configuration for modern fully mechanized mining face.With the development of coal mine intelligence,the fully mechanized mining face is equipped with a large number of sensors and cameras,which will generate a large amount of various data.It is necessary to rely on 5G technology to ensure the real-time performance of remote control.Based on the introduction of the mining 5G private network system,conduct research on the 5G communication hydraulic support electro-hydraulic control system.Through the 5G hydraulic support controller,mining 5G base station,and mining 5G core network,a 5G communication platform is built for the fully mechanized mining face to achieve real-time control of the hydraulic support,greatly improving the intelligence of the underground fully mechanized mining face.
