康复管理捆绑式新型干预护理对射频消融术后患者康复及睡眠的影响

摘　　要：目的:探究在对射频消融术患者护理时开展康复管理捆绑式新型干预服务在促进患者恢复以及提升睡眠质量中的作用。方法:选取2023年3月至2023年8月厦门大学附属第一医院收治的射频消融术患者72例作为研究对象,按照随机数字表法分为对照组和观察组,每组36例。对照组术后开展常规护理,观察组开展康复管理捆绑式新型干预服务,对比干预效果。结果:匹兹堡睡眠质量指数(PSQI)评分对比,与对照组比较,干预后观察组较低,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);生命质量测定量表简表(WHOQOL-BREF)评分,与对照组比较,观察组干预后更高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);夜间觉醒次数观察组低于对照组,夜间睡眠时间长于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:在对射频消融术患者护理时开展康复管理捆绑式新型干预服务可以提高术后睡眠质量,并对患者生命质量进行提升。Objective:To explore the role of new rehabilitation management bundle nursing in promoting patients′recovery and sleep quality in patients undergoing radiofrequency ablation.Methods:From March 2023 to August 2023,72 patients undergoing radiofrequency ablation at the First Affiliated Hospital of Xiamen University were selected and randomly sorted according to Excel,ranging from 1 to 72.Odd sequence patients received routine nursing care after surgery(36 cases,control group),while even sequence patients received new rehabilitation management bundle nursing(36 cases,observation group).The intervention effects between the two groups were compared.Results:Compared with the control group,the Pittsburgh Sleep Quality Index(PSQI)scores in the observation group were lower after intervention(P<0.05).Compared with the control group,the scores of WHOQOL-BREF were higher in the observation group after intervention(P<0.05).The number of nighttime awakenings in the observation group were lower than that in the control group,and the nighttime sleep time was longer than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:New rehabilitation management bundle nursing for patients undergoing radiofrequency ablation can improve their postoperative sleep quality,and enhance their life quality.
