安神补脑液对老年冠心病患者睡眠质量和日间功能的影响

摘　　要：目的:探讨安神补脑液对老年冠心病患者睡眠质量和日间功能的影响。方法:选取2023年1月至2024年5月济南市第三人民医院收治的老年冠心病患者118例作为研究对象,按照抽签法随机分为对照组和观察组,每组59例。对照组给予常规用药,观察组除了常规用药治疗以外,同时给予安神补脑液辅助治疗。比较2组临床疗效、睡眠质量、日间功能、负性情绪及不良反应。结果:治疗后,观察组的总有效率93.22%(55/59)和对照组76.27%(45/59)相比更高;且治疗后的PSQI评分和对照组相比更低(P<0.05);治疗后,2组患者日间功能评分均显著升高,且观察组更高(P<0.05);负性情绪评价结果显示,观察组治疗后的焦虑情绪明显缓解,且缓解程度和对照组比较更优(P<0.05);用药安全性方面,2组不良反应比较并无显著性差异(P>0.05)。结论:安神补脑液在老年冠心病患者治疗中的应用不仅有利于提高疗效,而且对改善其睡眠质量和日间功能也具有积极的作用,同时可缓解负性情绪,安全性良好。Objective:To explore the effects of Anshen Bunao Liquid on sleep quality and daytime function in elderly patients with coronary heart disease.Methods:A total of 118 elderly coronary heart disease patients treated at Ji′nan Third People′s Hospital from January 2023 to May 2024 were selected and randomly divided into a control group and an observation group,with 59 patients in each group.The control group received conventional medication,while the observation group was given Anshen Bunao Liquid in addition to the conventional treatment.Clinical efficacy,sleep quality,daytime function,negative emotions,and adverse reactions were compared between the two groups.Results:After treatment,the overall effective rate was higher in the observation group(93.22%,55/59)than in the control group(76.27%,45/59).The Pittsburgh Sleep Quality Index(PSQI)score in the observation group was significantly lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).Both groups showed significant improvement in daytime function scores after treatment,with the observation group showing a greater improvement(P<0.05).Anxiety levels in the observation group were significantly alleviated,with a more pronounced effect compared to the control group(P<0.05).No significant difference in adverse reactions was observed between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion:The use of Anshen Bunao Liquid in elderly patients with coronary heart disease not only improves clinical efficacy but also positively affects sleep quality and daytime function,while alleviating negative emotions.It is also safe to use.
