摘 要:新疆林业病害中腐烂病的发生较为严重,对林果产业发展造成了重大损失。本研究根据野外调查数据,确定林木腐烂病在流行区域内病菌源点;采用美国国家海洋和大气管理局(NOAA)提供的全球再分析气象数据,基于HYSPLIT模型,使用MeteoInfo软件模拟得到22个菌源点2013-2022年间3月至10月的腐烂病菌孢子随大气传播轨迹数据,每日分00、06、12、18,4个时次计算48小时前向轨迹;对产生的逐月轨迹文件进行合并,分别生成春季、夏季、秋季的轨迹数据,最终形成本数据集。在数据处理过程中采用多重验证方法确保了数据集的可靠性和科学性。本数据集对研究新疆林木腐烂病随气流远程传播的范围、特征和规律,制定新疆林木腐烂病监测和防控策略有重要参考价值。Cytospora canker is one of the most serious among forestry diseases in Xinjiang,which has caused great losses to the forest and fruit industries.Based on field survey data,we identified the source sites of fungal release within the epidemic area of Cytospora canker.Leveraging global reanalysis meteorological data provided by the National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration(NOAA)of the United States,we adopted the HYSPLIT model and simulated trajectories with MeteoInfo software to trace the spread of Cytospora canker fungus spore propagation via airflow from March to October during 2013-2022,with 48-hour forward trajectories at the 22 fungus source locations,computed for four daily intervals(00:00,06:00,12:00,and 18:00).The month-by-month trajectory files were then merged to generate seasonal trajectory data for spring,summer and fall,finally forming this dataset ultimately.The reliability and scientific validity of the dataset was ensured through multiple validation methods during the data processing.This dataset is of great reference value for studying the range,characteristics,and patterns of remote transmission of Cytospora canker via airflow in Xinjiang,and developing monitoring,prevention and control strategies for Cytospora canker in the region.
