摘　　要：中国共产党的农村基层党组织是党的基层组织,是推进全面从严治党、实现乡村振兴的重要力量,也是推动农业产业高质量发展的重要保障。加强农村基层党组织建设,对提升农村基层治理水平、推动农业产业高质量发展具有重要意义,其逻辑机理、现实问题与推进策略也成了当下研究的热点。文章通过三个步骤讨论农村基层党建对农业产业高质量发展的促进作用,一是从逻辑机理探讨农村基层党建与农业产业高质量发展之间密切的关系,包括农村基层党建对农业产业高质量发展具有重要的引领和推动作用、为农业产业高质量发展提供稳定的政治环境、可以推动农业产业结构的优化、可以推进农业产业的发展方式变革、还可以推动农业产业的科技创新。二是从现实角度分析当前我国农村基层党组织在推动农业产业高质量发展过程中出现的问题,包括组织能力不足,难以发挥核心引领作用;培育的农业龙头企业示范带动效果还不够理想,科技人力资源不够,难以推动农村产业进步。三是为推进农村基层党建与农业产业高质量发展的有效对接提出政策建言,包括加强农村基层党建工作、优化农业产业政策体系、深化农村改革、加强农村基础设施建设,旨在为同类研究提供理论与实践参考。Rural grass-roots organizations of the Communist Party of China(CPC)are the grass-roots organizations,which are an important forces for promoting comprehensive and strict CPC governance and realizing rural vitalization.They also serve as a crucial guarantee for promoting the high-quality development of the agricultural industry.Strengthening the construction of rural grassroots of CPC organizations is significant for improving the level of rural grassroots governance and promoting the high-quality development of the agricultural industry.Consequently,its logical mechanism,practical problems,and advanced strategies have also become the focus of current research.This paper discusses the promotional effect of rural grass-roots of CPC building on the high-quality development of the agricultural industry through three steps.Firstly,this paper discusses the close relationship between rural grass-roots of CPC building and the high-quality development of the agricultural industry by exploring the logical mechanisms in which rural grass-roots CPC building plays an important leading and promoting role.Rural grass-roots CPC building provides a stable political environment for the high-quality development of the agricultural industry,promotes the optimization of the agricultural industrial structure,facilitates the reform of the development mode of the agricultural industry,and fosters scientific and technological innovation within the agricultural industry.Secondly,this paper analyzes the current problems faced by rural grass-roots CPC organizations in promoting the high-quality development of the agricultural industry from a realistic perspective.The issues include insufficient organizational capacity,challenges in playing a core leading role,suboptimal demonstration and driving effects of cultivated agricultural leading enterprises,and inadequate human resources in science and technology,which hinder the progress of rural industry.Thirdly,this paper puts forward policy suggestions for promoting the effective integration o
