摘 要:新质生产力是数字时代生产力质的跃迁,以颠覆性创新技术与人才为根本驱动力。新质生产力的发展与高等教育的变革密不可分,作为其重要引擎和创新路径的高等教育数字化转型,是高等教育满足新时代对新质生产力迫切需求的应对性革新。新质生产力与高等教育数字化转型之间存在内涵相通、互为前提、双向驱动的内在逻辑关系。新质生产力的产生与发展,将会带给高等教育数字化转型理念统一、体系保障、更多教育资源以及产教深度融合等发展机遇。基于此,应从树立系统观念、确立保障路径、调整资源分配、推进动态转型四个方面建构面向新质生产力发展的高等教育数字化转型实践路径。New quality productive forces are the qualitative leap of productivity in the digital age, driven by disruptive innovative technology and talent. The development of new quality productive forces is closely related to the transformation of higher education. As an important engine and innovation path, the digital transformation of higher education is a responsive innovation for higher education to meet the urgent needs of new quality productive forces in the new era. There is an inherent logical relationship between new quality productive forces and the digital transformation of higher education, and they are interconnected in connotation, mutually being prerequisite for each other and driven in both directions. The emergence and development of new productive forces will bring development opportunities such as unified digital transformation concepts, system guarantees, more educational resources, and deep integration of industry and education to higher education. Based on this, a practical path for digital transformation of higher education towards the development of new quality productive forces should be constructed from four aspects: establishing a systematic concept, formulating a guarantee path, adjusting resource allocation, and promoting dynamic transformation.
