摘  要:教师创新能力是教育现代化的基石。研究基于个人-环境匹配理论和协同进化理论,提出教师创新能力的整合性分析框架。调查了中国30个省18021名高校教师创新能力现状,并运用模糊集定性比较分析方法(fsQCA)和NCA的方法,探究个人、组织、文化、环境多重条件在提升教师创新能力方面的并发协同效应和联动匹配模式。研究发现:创新教学、数字学习能力和产教融合是构成教师创新能力的必要条件;存在4条教师高创新能力的驱动路径,即组织与环境协同的产教融合型,个人与环境协同的创新文化型,个人与组织协同的数字能力型,组织与文化协同的创新教学型,在特定条件下,组织维度中的创新教学条件可以突破文化和环境的条件限制;产生两条教师低创新能力的驱动路径,这些路径与产生教师高创新能力路径之间存在非对称关系。Teacher innovation capability is pivotal to the modernization of education.This study introduces an integrative analytical framework based on person-environment fit theory and co-evolution theory to examine the innovation capabilities of 18,021 university teachers across 30 provinces in China.Using fuzzy-set qualitative comparative analysis(fsQCA)and Necessary Condition Analysis(NCA),the research explores the concurrent synergistic effects and linkage patterns among personal,organizational,cultural,and environmental conditions that enhance teacher innovation capability.The findings reveal that innovative teaching,digital learning ability,and industry-education integration are essential for fostering teacher innovation capability.Four primary pathways that contribute to high levels of teacher innovation capability are identified:industry-education integration driven by organizational and environmental synergy,innovation culture driven by individual and environmental synergy,digital capability driven by individual and organizational synergy,and innovative teaching driven by organizational and cultural synergy.Under specific circumstances,innovative teaching within the organizational dimension can overcome cultural and environmental constraints.Additionally,the study outlines two pathways that lead to low teacher innovation capabilities,highlighting an asymmetrical relationship with the pathways that generate high teacher innovation capabilities.
