摘 要:滨海立交现状为双层蝶形立交,是海南省海口市龙昆北路和滨海大道的重要交通转换节点。因早期设计规模较小,通行能力已无法满足当前交通需求。文章结合主要交通矛盾、主要流向瓶颈点,增加立交节点的通行能力,提出了滨海立交总体改造方案。通过拆除WS/SE右转匝道、拼宽南北主线交通瓶颈段,以及新增EW直行匝道,缓解主要流向交通拥堵问题,提高立交通行效率。Binhai Interchange is currently a double-layer butterfly-shaped interchange,which is an important traffic conversion node between North Longkun Road and Binhai Avenue in Haikou,Hainan.Due to the small scale of the early design,the traffic capacity has been unable to meet the current traffic demand.Combined with the main traffic contradictions and the main flow bottlenecks,this paper increases the traffic capacity of interchange nodes,and puts forward the overall reconstruction scheme of Binhai Interchange.By removing the WS/SE right turn ramp,widening the traffic bottleneck section of the North-South main line,and adding the EW straight ramp,the traffic congestion of the main flow direction is alleviated,and the traffic efficiency of the interchange is improved.
