“董大水库”水源地保护的水污染防治技术研究

摘  要:安徽省合肥市庐阳区董铺水库、大房郢水库(简称“董大水库”)作为合肥市重要的饮用水水源,担负着市区众多人口的饮水安全重任。2023年,董大水库合计日均向合肥市区供水超200万m^(3),且呈现日供水量持续增长的趋势。然而供水量增加的同时,水源保护区也出现水源地日常监管难度大、主要入库沟渠水质不稳定、保护区农村生活污水收集处理不彻底和水源地生态治理工程未实现“常态化”等问题,严重威胁着水库的供水安全。为彻底消除以上问题,文章针对董大水库所在流域污染源的有效控制提出了相应治理措施。通过这些技术措施的实施,有效保障水库的供水安全,最终实现供优质水源、保城镇安澜的目标。Dongpu Reservoir and Dafangying Reservoir(hereinafter referred to as Dongda Reservoir)in Luyang District,Hefei,as important drinking water sources in Hefei,bear the important task of drinking water safety for many people in the urban area.In 2023,Dongda Reservoir Supplied more than 2 million m^(3) of water per day to Hefei urban area,and the daily water supply will continue to increase.However,with the increase of water supply,the water source protection area also has problems such as the difficulty of daily supervision of the water source,the unstable water quality of the main storage ditches,the incomplete collection and treatment of rural domestic sewage in the protection area,and the failure to achieve normalization of the ecological treatment project of the water source,which seriously threaten the water supply safety of the reservoir.To completely eliminate the above problems,the paper puts forward the corresponding control measures for the effective control of pollution sources in the basin where Dongda Reservoir is located.Through the implementation of these technical measures,the water supply safety of the reservoir can be effectively guaranteed,and finally the goal of supplying high-quality water source and ensuring the safety of cities and towns can be achieved.
